appointments & Gift Certificates
All sales are final when purchasing treatments or gift certificates, and no refunds are given. We stand by our services and ensure that the best results are given. There is always a possibility that the desired result from a treatment or injectable may not be satisfactory and that results vary from patient to patient. As we work together, it is important to communicate with your practitioner of unsatisfactory results, and allow us to correct them. Placing a nasty review on Google or any other site is just spreading negativity, let’s empower one another not knock each other down.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, used by another person, and have an expiration date of one year. Gift cards are to be used towards services only, not eligible for products or injectables. Purchases made online or in-store for any service MUST be used within one year from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A 48-hour cancellation is honoring your practitioner and their work. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel less then 48 hours your account will be charged a 50% fee of the service. We ask you to be at cause for your schedule.
Reiki Empowerment Package / Aesthetic Package/ Memberships/ Open House Packages
For the success of SoulScapes and you the client, you are agreeing to special pricing at this time. Note these terms cannot be altered or changed over the phone or email. Once you purchase the package there are no refunds and you have 6 months to finish your treatment. Our programs are designed to be sequential visits. skipping visits will and can hinder your results. We ask you to be at cause for your schedule and commint to 100% compliance when signing up for a package.
Terms of Special Discounting or Spa Packaging
All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Orders canceled before fulfillment will be charged a 35% cancellation fee. All packages have an expiration date. This means you have six months from the purchase date to use all sessions. You cannot give your appointments to someone else, or place the package on hold.
All packages are significantly discounted and have an expiration date of 6 months. Therefore once treatment begins it us up to the client to follow the scheduled treatments that were provided to you by your practitioner or technician. Fail to abide by your treatment schedule will result in forfeiting your package. If you need to cancel an appointment, your next appointment must be rescheduled within 7 to 10 business days. This policy and commitment to the package will ensure and solidify your results. Packages are for committed clients only.
For aesthetic/laser/ microneedling guests, to achieve your desired results, it is important to follow all post-care instructions to the fullest. This means that if you chose to use any other product, medication or instruction that was not provided to you, you risk the chance of injury or dissatisfied results and SoulScapes cannot be held responsible for undesired results, injury, or time missed from work
You are agreeing that you understand there are no refunds once the package is purchased and all sales are FINAL. Banked monies for memberships cannot be returned for cash. You must use all the money in the account before you can breach the contract.
*Please keep in mind these terms are based on the fact that SoulScapes is a service business, not a retail business. When a person doesn’t show for an appointment or cancels the day of the appointment, it is difficult to fill that space, which in turn hurts business, not only monetarily, but for other clients that may be waiting for an appointment. These terms are for the thriving heart of SoulScapes, they are not to offend anyone.
