While understanding that things do come up in our lives that cause us to miss our appointments, it is respectful to give a 48-hour notice if you have to cancel an appointment. SoulScapes is a service business, not a retail one. So it is important in a service business, that when reserving time for one of our practitioners, that you show for your appointment. Also, we do have a waiting list in place. Please make sure you are available for your appointment before reserving one. You can give notice either by phone or email. Please note, if you cancel the day of your appointment or do not show, a fee of 50% of the appointment will be applied to your account, and/or a pre-paid appointment will be charged as one used appointment.
